I know you all have been dying for one of my awesome blog posts for the last month so here you go. February and March (so far) has consisted of school, tests, soccer and some work here and there for Tyson and work, work, work for me with a little soccer and trying to find ways to entertain myself :). Valentine's day is not something me and Tyson have ever really felt like celebrating so we celebrated our own way with some pie milkshakes at Sammy's, yum! The Oreo pie milkshake is definitely the best, well I've never had any other, but it is oh so good!
Our February was pretty lame, but we did get to enjoy a President's Day weekend with some of Tyson's family. Tyson's sisters always make a quilt for those who are getting married and we have two weddings this year. So we all got together to work on my niece, Chelsea's, quilt. That's right, I sewed, for the first time in years! It was really fun. We had some good laughs, ate a ton of junk and worked our butts off on the quilt. Sorry no pictures though, the quilt is supposed to be a surprise. So you'll just have to take my word for it right now, after the wedding you'll get picture proof of me using a sewing machine.
Yesterday Tyson and I went to the Bodies Exhibit in Idaho Falls. It was so cool to see everything! We spent a good two hours there. We would definitely go back again. After I took Tyson to Hot Diggity Dog in Idaho Falls which is right behind the museum. If you haven't been before you should go! It's good! It was Tyson's first time and he loved it. They have the longest curly fries ever! I should have taken a picture, but I suck at taking pictures so I didn't. I did get this picture though, not the best, but hey it's a picture.Right now we are in tournament for our futsal team so we will see how that goes. Tyson's indoor team didn't make it to tournament, but my indoor team starts tournament this weekend. We will also see how that goes. We are still doing P90X and are continuing to improve, but I am a little behind because I have a sinus infection and haven't felt like doing it lately. I am hoping to start up again tomorrow. Well that's the "exciting" life of the Thomas'. Hope you all have a good day, night, whatever it is when you are reading this.

Nice body picture in front of the body exhibit. By the way, where do you work? Was thinking about our awesome time together today. Oh, and I got to talk to Madison on the phone the other night. She got home a month ago and is basically as good as engaged. Is it appropriate to be writing all of this as a blog comment? Don't call the blog cops on me, I'm pretty sure I've had one too many blog citations as it is. Loves!
ReplyDeleteOh you guys are to dang cute! Glad to hear you liked the bodies exhibit I don't know if I could stomach going, maybe one day I guess if I get bored enough! Feel better soon! I love ya!
